Shipping Policy:

 At Mopedstop.com we want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and secure. Because of this, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy. Secondly, we believe that customers should not be forced to pay for something that they could easily avoid by going to a store. Mopedstop.com is a proud company and we are setting an industry standard by offering unique quality service within the continental United States on all new orders of our Recreation Vehicles.

Most credit and debit card orders are shipped within 3 business days. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received and verified. Some delays may occur but may the customer will be notified of any on time if there are going to be any delays.

Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be processed on the next business day.

All Express Mail, orders are waived from signature unless otherwise instructed via comments in your order form, by email or phone.

Back Orders:

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).

Canceling an Order

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling 281-261-7374 within 3 days. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our return policies for easy returns.

Tracking Your Packages

You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores.

We are 100% into our customers at Mopedstop.com and your satisfaction is always what we want. All returns must be done within 7 days of receiving your vehicle if you decide you do not want the vehicle for any reason, just give our customer service department a call and we will refund you your money.

The following are our Return Policy Agreement:

• Obtain a Vehicle Return Number (VRN) from our Customer Service Department. Any vehicles returned without an VRN number will not be accepted. A copy of your original invoice must be included in a return shipment. Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.

• Vehicle must be returned in its original packaging within 7 days in new and re-sellable condition.  Vehicle returned used or ridden without its original condition, will not be accepted. 

• The return policy will not apply to vehicles that have had alterations, abuse, negligence, accidents or have not received proper maintenance.

• All packaging materials, instruction manuals and parts must be returned along with the vehicle. Any missing parts or damages will be deducted from your refund amount and we will not accept any return vehicle that have any sustained damages.

• In order to keep you completely satisfied and maintain rock bottom prices, our shipping expenses are not refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. This includes all freight charges: the first shipment and return. Original freight expense will be deducted from your refund.

• Due to health and personal hygiene concerns, all clothing and helmets are non refundable.

• Order may be cancelled only if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 5 business days. You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. 

• There is a 6% credit card transactions cancellation or refund fee for any credit card transactions.

• NO RESTOCKING FEE if you are not completely satisfied with your vehicle in any way!
